We use Paypal Payments & Shopify Credit Card Payment Processing.

We do accept returns within 7 days on certain products provided items are in original unopened, unused condition and we charge a restocking fee of 10% to cover cost of processing returns and cost of box which cannot be reused. Some items are not returnable,(like most electrical parts) please call in advance before returning items to our store. We cannot emphasize enough to make sure you are ordering the correct products as it can become very costly for you to ship the products back to us, basically you will be paying for shipping 3 times.

Currently we have Free Shipping in Ontario & Quebec ( Please note :Some remote areas excluded) and calculated shipping in all other areas in Canada, we use Canpar  as our main shipping courier. In certain circumstances we may not be able to ship to your address because of excessive shipping cost, we try to have a level field when it comes to shipping charge but sometimes we incur a loss to ship to some rural  / remote addresses, in this case we will contact you to pay the additional charge or we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

If we receive an order before 1:PM we normally ship the same day, currently we are using Canpar for Shipping and we also send the Tracking Info. when the order is shipped

We Normally stock all the products on our website unless it is not a Regular Stock Item and when you Click on Checkout you will get to know.

Currently there is a Pick Up price and Shipped Price which includes shipping in Ontario & Quebec.( Some Areas Excluded).

Yes our products are Genuine replacement parts unless otherwise stated, we also carry less expensive Aftermarket / Generic products for most items.
